Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

Quality great, quite expensive but items last for years. Nursery range bought (cotbed, drawers, wardrobe) in 2013 and still going in 2017. Highly Recommend.

Got our baby bouncer from here great product much larger than any other the usual bouncers. We ordered online and it came within a few days and packaged well.
