Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

We had loads of bits from here from clothes, play gym, bumbo seat, changing mat, teddies and our Pram - all great quality and we still love our ocarro pushchair 18 months on!
