Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

One of my favourite shops, expensive but lovely products, plus a two year warranty on everything and brilliant customer service so you do get what you pay for
