Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

I got a mamas and papas occaro pram and I love it amazing for all terrain, we also got the baby bud which I also highly recommend!, the cybex car seat was also a good buy, we also got our furniture from mamas and papas there really good at making group deals
