Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

Nice products but personally I feel are overpriced. Awful delivery service! Products either didn't arrive or the ones that did were weeks late, one was even left outside with no calling card for anyone to take. Customer service is dreadful, you can never get through & even if you do they don't know what's going on. Would never order from them again.

I ordered a Pram/travel system I have had many problems with from the beginning and because I don't have a local mamas and papas store I cannot resolve the issue as they said I had to take to store . Not very good for online customer service

Too expensive for what you get I've found customer service is not great but the clothes are gorgeous if you have the money for it. Prefect for weddings and Specail occasions.
