I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Known brand with good advertising. Tablets are quite big so if your someone that struggles with swollowing this could be a issue.

Slightly expensive however they're worth every penny. I even took the trying to conceive pregnancare tablets and got pregnant within a month!

I use daily Prenacare plus tablets throughout my pregnancy. These come with additional omega tablets as I wanted to be furling my body with exactly what the baby and I needed. I didn't vary away from these tablets and was sure to take as instructed (with food) every day. I do not know if or how they benefitted me or my baby but my baby was born on 28.7.17 fit and healthy and I so I am very happy. I will use them with another pregnancy as and when that happens. They are expensive but I was happy to pay the price as they are reputable and have been available for a wry long time that filled me with confidence about the product.
