I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

These tablets are quite expensive but have everything you need in them so are worth the money. Sometimes Boots do 2 for 3 on them so it's worth stocking up!

Pregnacare tablets were great for me during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. I had horrible morning sickness so taking these tablets put my mind at ease. I knew my baby was getting all he needed.

I didn't feel a massive difference taking these supplements but it's good to know they contain a little bit of what your body needs. I don't think I ever paid for any of them as they were often given free via pregnancy packs or prescription by my GP.
