I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I used the pregnacare original and it's a really good all rounder as a multivitamin. As well as following a healthy diet, I had a really healthy pregnancy. You can buy them in packs of 90, so will last a full trimester and you can use all throughout pregnancy. They include folic acid which is essential in early pregnancy but it's good to use throughout the whole pregnancy. They are a worldwide trusted brand so would be my go to for any pregnancy related supplements

Choice of 2. Original or max, I used the max, 2 normal tablets with 1 omega. Not too big to take. Good value and I bought on a amazon subscription so I never ran out. Started taking at 8 weeks until I was 26 weeks.

When I researched all the daily amounts of each vitamin/mineral recommended during pregnancy, Pregnacare was the ONLY supplement that delivered everything in one tablet, and in the right amounts.
