I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I used the pregnacare tablets as I was recommended by my midwife. These tablets where bigger than I thought they would be but not any bigger than you usual paracetamol. Just compared to the folic acid they seemed a lot bigger, but they also hold a lot more in them than just folic acid. The taste I was surprised with they didn

Standard choice, but a bit pricey. Also, too much to swallow all the time (you really have to have 3 tablets for one dose?) in the end of pregnancy i dreaded to take another pill.
