I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Very good product, full of good stuff no nasties. Very good value for the money you pay as quite a lot of tablets in the package. I would only change one thing about it, I would make them a bit smaller, as I find them too big to swallow especially when I was suffering of morning sickness and it was very difficult at times to take them. Otherwise, definitely recommend it!!

These things are HUGE!! but they contain all the vitamins you need, not the nicest tasting either!

Has all vitamins in their required doses and it saves you from swallowing different tablets because it already have the vitamins needed for the growth and development of the baby and safety of the mother in their required dose.
