I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Well known brand so took the thought process out of choosing which tablets to use. I used the pregnacare max and the breastfeeding versions with my first daughter and back using pregnacare max with my second pregnancy.

Available to but from most retailers so easily available. Can be quite pricey and the tablets themselves are quite large. I now have a healthy baby so they obviously worked.

I used the pre conception tablets and the during pregnancy tablets. I felt they were expensive tablets but obviously necessary.
