I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Excellent and has the exact amount of vitamins you need. Recommended by doctors and midwives too. Keeps your iron levels healthy and overall is the best for your health. Would definitely take it again and would recommend to all pregnant women.

Everything you need when pregnant, and recommended by midwives. Quite pricey but really worth it and can get 3 for 2 offers so better to stock up then.
