I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I took these when they were on special offer. I felt and looked well on them but they are more expensive than some brands so I couldn't use them through out pregnancy though I would have liked to

I used the pregnacare with omega 3 .. They were usually 3 for 2 in boots so always got a good deal .. I used them when I was breastfeeding aswell to keep my energy up

Have selected average because I'm not sure how you can review the effectiveness of a vitamin pill, especially during pregnancy when so many other changes affect energy and general well-being.

Probably the most trusted brand of vitamins to take while trying to conceive, through pregnancy and post delivery. Even the midwives and GP vouch for them. I used them for both my pregnancies. The only nagative for is the price point which is a bit expensive.
