I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I have used the pregnacare tablets during pregnancy and now during breastfeeding. They provide an excellent vitamin boost without the need for additional "top up" vitamins. They are a little on the pricey side but I felt comfortable paying it as I knew it covered all my needs.

I used Pregnacare in my first pregnancy before switching to a specific set of vitamins from Zita West. Much more expensive than pregnacare but I assumed this meant they were better for me! :O

I think these were the best tablets I tried in relationn to how I felt and the ingredients. However, I never purchased them unless they were on offer as they are very expensive compared to other brands.

Various varieties available depending on stage of pre or post natal, reassuring that the vitamins are produced with vitamin needs in mind. Most stages of vitamins are readily available from leading supermarkets although the breastfeeding stage were more difficult to find on the shelves. The cost appears to be average in comparison with main competitors. Information leaflets are available with a variety of pregnancy packs distributed by antenatal clinics, hospitals and Emma's Diary. The leaflets provide useful information to what vitamins are required and why.
