I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I found that the pregnacare tablets made my morning sickness horrendous. I tried taking the tablets at different time of the day, with and without food, with no improvement. After, doing the typical 'ask Dr Google' I discovered on several forums many other pregnant women were having the same problem. Something to do with ingredients in pregnacare. So, considering these vitamins are quite pricey and with the promise reducing nausea I felt very let down in the product.

These have a strong smell and repeated terribly, which alongside pregnancy reflux is just no fun. It seems to be the brand most recommended by health experts during pregnancy and has a strong reputation; I found it to be the most expensive/least value for money and it disagreed with me

They are great ! They have everyrhgin what women in pregnant need , in suitable proportions . I felt very well. I used pregnancare with omega 3 . Maybe they cost more than another tablets but they are very good

While I was pregnant they gave me lots of nutrients and iron. And also after I gave birth I took Pregnacare breastfeeding and it gave me my daily intake of oily fish which is essential for baby development. I highly recommend this brand. Also after I gave birth I was expecting my hair to fall out but it didn't. I don't know if it's to do with the vitamins but I like to think so:)
