I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Found these to be very good but not as good as Centrum. I found them to be very expensive to buy.

I was continuously bleeding throughout my pregnancy. I took pregnacare to keep my levels of iron and essential vitamins topped up. Everytime I had a blood test, all my levels were perfectly fine, even though I had been bleeding so much. In the end, I bled a lot during childbirth (which led to me having 2 pints of blood transfusion). I was told by the doctors and midwives that if I had not taken these supplements, I would have become very ill. So glad I took them!!!
