I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Cheap N have the stuff ya need. Have the choice to pay more for omega ones but the original ones were a lot cheaper and have all the extra stuff ya need anyway.

Great overall product, I had no promlems and a perfect pregnancy. The only downfall is maybe the size of the tablet as they are rather large if you aren't great with tablets

Quite big tablets and had bit of a funny taste, biggest downside was that they made me feel sick which was not welcome on top of my 'morning' sickness!

Were good and made me feel better at the start of the pregnacies just when the morning sickness started could get the benift from them as i could keep them down

Contain everything you need during your pregnancy so you dont need to worry about quantities or multiple supplements. I had a really healthy pregnancy and I think a lot of it was due to these multivitamins.
