I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Easy to swallow, slight taste but nothing nasty, no repercussions. Made me happy to know I was getting everything thing I needed and my baby was getting the correct amount too!

These tablets made me feel more energetic, and at the same time more calm in myself mentally. I notices improved skin, too. I have since discovered that they have exactly the same ingredients as hair, skin and nail tablets which are much cheaper! Within 3 months of using pregnacare we discovered my first pregnancy.

Very expensive hits for brand. seems to cause a bit of constipation due to iron but do seem to work

Difficult to swollow due to size and strong side effects - dizziness, vomitting, hunger and increases cravings
