I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I found the Pregnacare tablets left a pungent taste in your mouth from the second you place it on your tongue which made them unbarable when combined with Hyperemis G. Quite Expensive too, but maybe they're tolerable if you don't suffer from Morning Sickness.

I used the pregnacare plus tablets. My hair and nails were fantastic and they helped ease morning sickness symptoms. I did find them quite hard to swallow due to their size and they left an unpleasant aftertaste. Value for money was not great as I found them to be quite expensive however the results I got from taking them outweighed the price. Overall great product

I have used them with both pregnancies and found that I remained healthy and fill of energy despite having a busy, demanding job and not always eating as and when I should.
