I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

These tablets are great for taking during pregnancy and ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals you need. They are a bit pricey but worth paying for.

My friend suggested these vitamins right when I got pregnant and I started using them straight away, every day. Since I have really active job I knew I will need extra minerals and nutrients for my body to work properly and stay healthy. I felt amazing and my baby girl was growing big and strong. The tablets are quiet big and sometimes hard to swallow, especially if you feel nauseous first 3 months and they are not cheep, but you get the first pack of month supply in your free pregnancy pack from your midwife ?? That's how I know that they prob are the best since the doctors are recommending them, u can get extra iron tablets and normal standart vitamins together witch I found really good, and since I was using them from day one my iron level, true my whole pregnancy, was stabile. Since these are the only vitamins I used I can't say that there isn't any better ones, BUT I never had any problems and any need for any extra vitamins so I can def say that they gave my body all the stuff me and my baby needed. ??
