I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Good tablet reasonably priced with amount tablets only thing I found was first thing in morning after eating I was unable to take due to morning sickness and tablet seem to make worse. I found taking it at about 10am was best for me ( my advice is to fund best time for you)

The tablets were a little expensive but I noticed that I felt better in myself for taking them. They were easy to get hold of us as so I didn't run out.

These are good but despite not really having any morning sickness during pregnancy my tummy just didn't like the coating on them and they made me sick within 30 mins. I swapped to the liquid form and continued taking these after the birth. They are big tablets which do at time get stuck in your throats which has isn't great for the reflux during pregnancy.
