I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

These are helpfully given in lots of pregnancy sample pack for mums to try. I struggled with how huge they were as I was quite sick during both my pregnancies which made these hard to swallow.

Started taking these tablets as soon as I found out I was pregnant-around 6 weeks. I continued to take throughout my pregnancy and had an extremely healthy little girl. I have continued to use the breastfeeding tablets for the last 4 months too.

For me the best quality pregnancy supplement. I chose it as a fort and only one feeling as it the safest for me an my baby. Good nutritional composition. Basic composition cheaper however recommend the extended one (with omega oils) which is more expensive but worth the price.

A good brand you can trust at this vital time. Slightly more expensive than others but I would be happy to pay extra for the brand name.
