I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Excellent vitamins. Definitely felt better when taking these. They can be found in many high street pharmacies and supermarkets. Worth shopping around as sometimes they are on offer which is beneficial if taking them continuously through pregnancy (they also do breastfeeding vitamins which are also great for mum and baby).

Only bought these as they are generally on 3 for 2 in places. If the shops own brand have all the same things, then I would have used them instead, but I didn't think to check.

Great tables but find like most vitamins these are very big and smell a bit like dog food which isn't great when your pregnant as your tummy is pretty sensitive.
