I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I'm very satisfied with this vitamins. I think they are great because, when you pregnant or breastfeeding you lose a lot of vitamins. So it's very important to have a supplement. I feel great and full of energy every day !

I usually hate the taste of multivitamins or supplement but these weren't bad. Free from Emma's diary packs or would not have bought. Quite a large long tablet so if you find swallowing big tabs hard, avoid.
