I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I used pregnacare max and got pregnant within 2 months off them twice. I have just started to take them again on the 5th jan so I hope they will work as quick and give me a successful pregnancy as my last 2 ended in miscarriage.

Can give you an upset tummy and are quite expensive when the shops own brands are just as good and half the price.

I always bought these on offer as they are quite pricey. I did notice a difference in my overall health whilst pregnant though. Worth the money!
