I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Good piece of mind knowing your body is getting everything it needs for a healthy pregnancy and baby. It can be hard with a busy lifestyle and/or pregnancy cravings or aversions to make sure you are always eating a balanced diet. I myself ended up being vegetarian in the third trimester due to going off meat. It was good to know I was still getting everything I need

Although expensive, these tablets contain everything you need throughout pregnancy. There are also other tablets in the range for breastfeeding and post-pregnancy, which is an important time to ensure that you are getting the right nutrients.

I used these as I found out at 20 weeks so wanted to make sure baby was healthy and when she was born the midwifes said my placenta was very very healthy and I put it down to these x
