I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Great, though are quite large if you struggle to swallow tablets. Though there is a liquid alternative.

Good quality supplement from trusted brand. Felt safe when using it during preganancy and brestfeeding but personally think it should be even more natural.

I've used these with my last pregnancy. The reason I chose them it's because they are more advertised and thought would be better than others. Honestly I have no comparison with other brands, but I felt ok during my pregnancy and now I'm using the breastfeeding tablets and it's fine. The downside is that they are pretty expensive, and I hate the fact that are quite big in size. I guess all vitamins are big in size, I mostly hate to take them because of this.
