I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

These were great. Started taking before I was pregnant in preparation as we had heard this can aid conception...we were successful that month! How related that was we'll never know but continued to take throughout what became a healthy pregnancy. They are pricy but regularly on offer so didn't mind.

Bought on offer (3 for 2) in Tesco or they are quite expensive but they have everything that you need in them!

A bit big, I would call them horse tablets and had a funny taste in my mouth
