I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Good vitamins, guess they did benefit me throughout my pregnancy as each blood test showed nice level of blood composition. Now I take vitamins for a new mum and find them beneficial as well

Good tablet, quite large to swallow though, expensive for what they are, when other brands are just as good

I used with both my pregnancies all the way since finding out I was pregnant. Keeps all my levels up and has all the vitamins your body needs in them. They are pretty expensive for what they are but they work well.
