I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Provided all I needed, however they were expensive and on the large side and were therefore hard to swallow when suffering with morning sickness.

Used pregnacare tablets throughout my pregnancy with my first son. Purchased these from boots on 3 for 2 deal therefore very good value and contain all the vitamins and nutrients you require. Had a healthy pregnancy and would recommend to other mums to be.

I both these when they were on offer at 3 for 2. They are quite large tablets but I found them easy to take. Would take them again in any future pregnancies.

All in one trusted by the midwifes I spoke too. This is always the brand handed out in free be bags too, so that way you could pick some up free most the time
