I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

The tablets are quite large but in a shape easier to swallow. They have all the vitamins required for pregnancy and post-birth. If you have very bad morning sickness, you may find (like I did) that they trigger the gag reflex on the way down due to the size

These tablets seemed quite expensive compared to other brands, however I bought these because my midwife recommended them. The tablets are quite big so can be difficult to swallow.

Originally I took these tablets while pregnant because I do not really like veg and wanted something with more viatimines than just folic acid and these worked like a treat containing many other needed viatimines . One negative thing I will say are the tablets are quite big so if you can not handle swallowing big tablets this will not be for you , however they do A liquid version with the same nutrients so it's excellent !!!

It is difficult to know what effect a tablet had on your body but from an economic perspective I thought the tablets were expensive

Excellent, saw me right through my pregnancy and was worth every penny. I felt great throughout my pregnancy and some of that I put down to pregnacare. I always recommend it and will use it next time!
