I will never buy anything online from JoJo again. From start to finish there has been a catalogue of errors. My order was lost in their system and after numerous chase emails and chats (their phone lines have been closed because they are too busy), they eventually found it but were no longer able to fulfil it. My order was cancelled by them and I was refunded. Two weeks after my purchase, I am now left with nothing but a rising blood pressure. Their clothes are beautiful, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Never again!

I bought the Tartan Party Dress for my three year old granddaughter for Christmas. It has just arrived by courier and it looks like a rag. I expect some fold creases but this is completely covered in creases and the velvet is crushed. It looks so tatty and cheap - what a disappointment.

Love jojo Amman the clothes are lovely and the designs of baby grows are beautiful, really good quality too. I've only purchased one product from here though as it's quite pricey even for one baby grow but if your willing to spend a bit more it's worth it as the products are lovely. The baby grow I bought from here was my daughters first outfit at the hospital so I wanted it to be something special that we can keep forever.

Expensive prices, do not always reflect style of clothing. Children grow to quickly to warrant buying clothes
