I will never buy anything online from JoJo again. From start to finish there has been a catalogue of errors. My order was lost in their system and after numerous chase emails and chats (their phone lines have been closed because they are too busy), they eventually found it but were no longer able to fulfil it. My order was cancelled by them and I was refunded. Two weeks after my purchase, I am now left with nothing but a rising blood pressure. Their clothes are beautiful, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Never again!

I bought the Tartan Party Dress for my three year old granddaughter for Christmas. It has just arrived by courier and it looks like a rag. I expect some fold creases but this is completely covered in creases and the velvet is crushed. It looks so tatty and cheap - what a disappointment.

excellent quality clothes, beautiful and unusual. the socks are also great and are hard to pull of by baby. on the pricey side but the items you buy will last and last and last.

A good range. Would prefer a larger selection of pale colours for young babies. I like the regular offers they have. I've always been happy with what I bought there
