I will never buy anything online from JoJo again. From start to finish there has been a catalogue of errors. My order was lost in their system and after numerous chase emails and chats (their phone lines have been closed because they are too busy), they eventually found it but were no longer able to fulfil it. My order was cancelled by them and I was refunded. Two weeks after my purchase, I am now left with nothing but a rising blood pressure. Their clothes are beautiful, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Never again!

I bought the Tartan Party Dress for my three year old granddaughter for Christmas. It has just arrived by courier and it looks like a rag. I expect some fold creases but this is completely covered in creases and the velvet is crushed. It looks so tatty and cheap - what a disappointment.

Totally agree with the comment about the tartan party dress. Ordered it for my granddaughter- just arrived - completely creased, velvet crushed, poor fabric underskirt. All of it poor quality. Very wary of ordering anything again.

I have received a parcel with missing item (Ergobaby carrier) which cost me over 150£. Been in contact with lady named Mariyam she promised to do an investigation but one week later haven't heard any update. We are going to the holidays next week so Ergobaby carrier is must have on our trip. Very disappointed. I will definitely contact with trading standards

AVOID THIS SHOP- THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND HOW THIS WILL AFFECT YOUR CHILDREN-CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING-they just try to dismiss you from the start!! I bought cosy snow boots for my 1yo and 3 yo- they are marketed as snow boots and the sales lady said they are water resistant but not waterproof. I wore them for my children for a walk through moist grass and in mild rain and their feet got soaked!! I was wearing sneakers- no claims of water resistance or suitability for wear in the snow have been made and yet my feet were dry!! Tried to return them only to be told that they are meant for unmelted snow and there is nothing wrong with the boots and they are fit for purpose!! They think that my expectation of them having water resistance is unreasonable! They have issues with these boots going back to 2014 -reviews on their webpage pointing this out and they have ignored them for 5 years! I can only imagine how many children have gotten ill!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT HELP YOU BUT EXPLAINS HOW YOUR EXPECTATION IS UNREASONABLE-AVOID THEM!!!

Awful customer service The canvas shoes are a bad design and do not securely fit due to the elastic You can only get refunds in store which I travel from an island to visit the store ( I like to see the products in person and let my 2 year old choose) but you can only receive a refund if you go back to the store in person (I’m heavily pregnant) not very mummy friendly.

I have never received such bad and condescending customer service. A knitted jumper shrunk after I washed it as per their wash are label. The customer service team sent the faulty item back to me arrogantly saying their items do not shrink. The scary thing is... if you look on their website dozens of other people have reviewed the same knitted items all saying they have shrunk. JoJo Maman insist ALL the customers are wrong as their items do not shrink. The managing director eventually started sending me very unhelpful and patronising e mails saying how all these customers must be washing their items wrong. Refusing to admit they actually shrink. Please be careful before spending your money with this unhelpful company. They will no help you if you need it or ever admit to their items being faulty. They generally receive very poor customer service reviews.
