I will never buy anything online from JoJo again. From start to finish there has been a catalogue of errors. My order was lost in their system and after numerous chase emails and chats (their phone lines have been closed because they are too busy), they eventually found it but were no longer able to fulfil it. My order was cancelled by them and I was refunded. Two weeks after my purchase, I am now left with nothing but a rising blood pressure. Their clothes are beautiful, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Never again!

I bought the Tartan Party Dress for my three year old granddaughter for Christmas. It has just arrived by courier and it looks like a rag. I expect some fold creases but this is completely covered in creases and the velvet is crushed. It looks so tatty and cheap - what a disappointment.

Had some bibs given to me, they were full overall ones, beautiful patterns but quite fiddly to put on and looked old and dirty quite quickly.

I like these clothes, but can be expensive but the items I've bought mainly sunwear etc have been excellent and lasted well.

Excellent quality, quite expensive but they last. Coats and dresses have been passed on and still look as good as new. Wash & wear well. Lovely designs and worth paying the extra

Disappointed with the quality for the price. Babygro came away at the poppers after similar wear and tear of other products which held up well.

JoJo Maman Bebe are adorable! Very good quality and affordable. As the whole store is baby orientated, you can be sure to spot a few other items that are wanted.
