A luxury cream which smells lovely and makes your baby's bum smell beautiful. Not brilliant on very bad nappy rash but works well as a preventative or at the first signs of nappy rash.

Only used once as it was a friends she love it and if you have ever had a burts bees product you'll understand it's so soft and lasts a long time using a small amount does more than just a bum luvs xx

My little one was a bit sore down below, used this and he was fine the next day. Smells lovely. Yes price may be higher but that just proves the ingredients used are good quality ones!

I was really disappointed with this product. Having used other Burt's Bees items I had high expectations but for the first 15 uses or so it was mostly oil that was coming out and now the cream left in the tube is really thick and lumpy, it is as though it has split.

I received this as a gift as part of a gift set. I used it when my little girls nappy rash fist appeared for two days as this cream made her rash look more like blisters and have a horrible impact on her skin very red and made it worse rather than better. I would not pay for this product or use it again due to this.
