A luxury cream which smells lovely and makes your baby's bum smell beautiful. Not brilliant on very bad nappy rash but works well as a preventative or at the first signs of nappy rash.

Safe in the knowledge that Burt's Bees uses all natural ingredients, I use this nappy cream everyday. The best thing about this product is it's value for money, you only need a small amount and it lasts for ages.
