A luxury cream which smells lovely and makes your baby's bum smell beautiful. Not brilliant on very bad nappy rash but works well as a preventative or at the first signs of nappy rash.

This is not only great quality, smells amazing and makes skin so soft. Although it's expensive. Purchase this and the oil for dry skin too. It's the best one so far!
