A luxury cream which smells lovely and makes your baby's bum smell beautiful. Not brilliant on very bad nappy rash but works well as a preventative or at the first signs of nappy rash.

This is really good for sensitive skin, but a bit expensive. It is a really good cream foe nappy rash prevention, but not one I would use if the baby alreadt had a nappy rash. The cream is not as thick as some nappy creams so it is a good every day cream, which easily wipes off at every change to be re-applied.
