Exact same ingredients and dosage as Calpol. Has a spoon instead of syringe but I use syringe given with Calpol. This is much better value for money, you just aren't paying for a brand.

I found this to be no different in its effectiveness than ro leading brands. Although using a spoon on a younger baby was awkward.

Does the same job as all other paracetamol just much cheaper. Does not come with syringe only with spoon.
