Exact same ingredients and dosage as Calpol. Has a spoon instead of syringe but I use syringe given with Calpol. This is much better value for money, you just aren't paying for a brand.

Very sticky and sickly sweet taste. My son threw it back up and I tried it to see what it tasted like and it was horrible.

If the pain is minor then this product is great it works within 10 minutes but wears of quicker than other brands
