Exact same ingredients and dosage as Calpol. Has a spoon instead of syringe but I use syringe given with Calpol. This is much better value for money, you just aren't paying for a brand.

As a generic paracetamol it is obviously significantly cheaper than a named brand and does the same job. It was however very sticky and my son really didn't like the taste (although tolerated it better as he got older). It also only came with a spoon (no syringe) which wasn't any use when being used for his first vaccinations! As long as you can source a syringe and are prepared to catch what gets spit back out, it is a cost-effective option.
