Exact same ingredients and dosage as Calpol. Has a spoon instead of syringe but I use syringe given with Calpol. This is much better value for money, you just aren't paying for a brand.

Seems weaker than other brands of paracetamol plus spills everywhere as it does not have a syringe cap.
