I found these to be exactly the same as the more expensive branded ones. These were always on 3 for 2 offer! I also took tesco pregnancy with Omega for a while. This was a liquid tab, not a chalk style one. A bit more expensive but easier to take and always on 3 for 2

Bought folic acid. They came in a plastic pot could do better in reducing plastic and as isnt airtight not sure if this affects tablets otherwise they did the job and were cheap.
