I found these to be exactly the same as the more expensive branded ones. These were always on 3 for 2 offer! I also took tesco pregnancy with Omega for a while. This was a liquid tab, not a chalk style one. A bit more expensive but easier to take and always on 3 for 2

Exactly the same ingredients as pregnacare (the breastfeeding ones anyway, but sure the pregnancy ones would be the same). Much cheaper price for exactly the same content!
