I found these to be exactly the same as the more expensive branded ones. These were always on 3 for 2 offer! I also took tesco pregnancy with Omega for a while. This was a liquid tab, not a chalk style one. A bit more expensive but easier to take and always on 3 for 2

Don't know if they make a difference but have no issue using tesco's own brand. They are usually on offer too so you can stock up. Good for pregnancy and whilst breast feeding so you don't need to change after giving birth.
