Easy to use & taste was fine. As a vegetarian it was important to ensure I had the correct iron levels throughout my pregnancy & thanks to Spatone that was the case!

I used the iron supplement as I had low iron in pregnancy and this helped bring my iron levels up. Preferred it to tablets as it didn't make me feel sick.
