This product sustained my iron levels. It prevented them dropping. The side effects were constipation though, but not as bad as iron tablets. They taste vile, even in another drink. They repeat on you. Imagine drinking blood. I had in four pregnancies, but by the time the fourth was over, I gave up taking it because I didn't see a lot of difference. I do know many others who it helped though. It's expensive too, but a good investment if you cannot take iron tablets like I couldn't.
