Delicious and helped keep my iron levels consistent so I didn't need heavier duty supplements. I had more energy and felt better although they are quite expensive to take for whole pregnancy.

Didn't resolve my low iron issues however they were pleasant to drink with juice. Hard to say whether my iron levels would have been worse had I not taken them

After 20 weeks felt very exhausted a lot of the time and no energy. Midwife recommended spatone. Not cheap could only just afford them but I did notice how much better I felt taking them. Gave me the boost I needed.

Disgusting flavour which needs to be changed. I can't stand this liquid even can be tasted in the juice. I stopped taking it because of the taste

I like spatone because is very easy to drink and doesn't have the side effect of the iron pills that makes you constipated.
