Silver Cross Number 8 of 12 in Car Seats

The releae handle on the back of the seat that you use with the isofix base broke after very little use. Quite a big clunky seat but was fairly good value as it came as part of the travel system.

Loved this first stage car seat - very practical as could click in and out of pram so no disturbance when asleep. Only downside is that when my daughter hit around 10 months she could undo and remove the chest pads as they were Velcro which I felt compromised a safety feature. Press studs would be better. Not too much of an issue as she was very shortly ready for the next stage car seat.

Have the baby carrier. Fantastic and easy to install in the car. Quite lightweight compared to other baby carries I have come across. Baby always felt safe and secure in it.

We got the silver cross simplicity with our pram. It is very heavy to carry as part of a travel system, but fine to leave attached to the isofix in the car. Lasts longer than a lot of baby seats as it can be used until 29lbs. Our little girl is still in it at 13 months and fits quite comfortably.

It's really chunky & very heavy even with the baby inside it. Wouldn't recommend this car chair.

Silver Cross simplicity car seat group 0+. Bought to go alongside the silver Cross wayfarer travel system. Price payed was reasonable but child did outgrow the seat by 9 months. Was easy to install, we used seatbelt fitting but could have had the option to use Isofix. Was easy to use and transport around, although could have been slightly lighter.
